Business Process Analyst - £25-£35k p.a. - Near Fleet, Hampshire
A Business Process Analyst is required by my client, a business consultancy firm. They`re looking for candidates who have a 2.1 (or above) degree in Human Sciences (e.g Ergonomics or Psychology), Management Studies, or Systems Analysis. The scope of this job is broad but will mainly involve a human-centred approach to working with new and developing systems.
My client is particularly keen to find a Business Process Analyst who is passionate about improving and supporting processes through systems, and who can convert good business process ideas into a specification for developers. Successful candidates will have working (not expert) knowledge of different task*systems analysis methods and tools (eg SSADM); working knowledge of project management and budget control; the ability to prepare, distribute, present and defend management reports; a flair for reducing complexity and simplifying processes; and general PC application skills.
Ideally, candidates will have at around three years` consultancy experience, preferably in a commercial sector with an organisation going through a change process, as well as experience of business process engineering, or task*systems analysis. General business experience, health and safety, risk management, sales, HR, training, etc. will all be useful.
